  • Notes 
    • Oscar Heer, 70, of 46 Union St. East, Waterloo, died today at the K-W Hospital following an illness of one year. He was employed for 35 years at the former Rushman Button Company. Born Sept. 29, 1882, in Luther Township, he was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Henry Heer. He was a member of the St. John's Lutheran Church and the Canadian Order of Foresters. Surviving are his wife, the former Bertha Roehr; one daughter, Mrs. Harry (Mildred) Daum, Waterloo; one brother, George, Waterloo; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. A son, Milton, predeceased him in November, 1951.

      The body is at the Edward R. Good Funeral Home, Waterloo, where funeral service will be held Monday at 2 p.m., with Rev. A.L. Conrad officiating. Burial will be in Waterloo Mount Hope Cemetery.
