      PRESTON, Aug. 19— Following a lengthy illness Lucy Kanamacher, 68, wife of George Eitel, Sr,. died at her Laurel street home early today, Mrs. Eitel had been a resident of Preston all her life and married Mr. Eitel on July 15, 1896. She was a member of St. Peter's Lutheran church and of the Ladies' Aid Society. Surviving are her husband two sons, George and Norman, both of Kitchener, one sister, Mrs. Henry Baumgartner of Hespeler, and one grandchild. The remains are resting at the H. K. Stager Funeral Home, Queen and Argyle streets, from where the funeral will take place on Wednesday afternoon at 2.30 with Interment in the Preston Cemetery.
