  PRESTON - Adolf Tomale, well-known Preston resident for the past 25 years, died in the Toronto General Hospital yesterday at the age of 54. Mr. Tomale, who resided at 383 Front St., Preston, had been confined to St. Mary's Hospital, Kitchener, for a week and last Friday was removed to Toronto General Hospital. Death was attributed to a brain tumor. A native of Poland, he came to Canada in 1927, directly to Preston, and resided here since that time. He was a cabinet maker by trade and for the past 10 years had been a foreman at the Canadian Office and School Furniture. Surviving is his wife, Effie Aschuk. The body is resting at the Stager-Pass Funeral Home. The funeral will be conducted at St. Mary's Ukrainian Church, Hamilton St., Preston. Saturday at 10 a.m. Interment will be in Park Lawn Cemetery Kitchener-Waterloo Record 26 Mar 1953
