    • Sudden Death of John C. Fox, P, D. D. G. M at Orangeville.

      Galt Oct 3rd: Information has just been received over the telephone of the death at Orangeville this morning of R. W. Bro. John C. Fox, P. D. D. G. M. of Wellington district. An acute attack of pneumonia was the cause of the sudden removal which will be deeply regretted by all his Masonic and other friends in this vicinity. The body will be brought Preston this evening, via. Galt C. P. R. railway, and many of the late Brother's friends will no doubt assemble there to aid in receiving it. The funeral will take place on Monday under Masonic auspices from the residence of Mr. Clare at Preston, and notice is herewith given to the members of Alma and Galt Lodges together with Waterloo Chapter to meet at the lodge room in Preston at 2 p.m. on Monday next 5th inst.
