Loving husband of the late Arcelia Jones and dear father of George of Preston and John of Guelph. Also survived by seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Barthel-Stager Funeral Home, 566 Queen St., Preston, Tuesday, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9, where funeral service will be conducted on Wednesday, Nov. 24, at 2 p.m. Interment in Preston cemetery.
