  AUSTEN Edward John (Ted) of 22 Braemar Road, Cambridge on Friday, September 18th, 1987 in his 75th year. Beloved husband of Beatrice Rooke, dear father of Chris, Cam and Sandra (Mrs. Clayton Gillett) all of Cambridge and Linda (Mrs. James Thompson) of Rockton. Lovingly remembered by 5 grandchildren and 1 sister, Mrs. Marcella May of Ottawa. Mr. Austen was born in Luxenburg and came to Cambridge 34 years ago from Edmonton, he was a retired employee of Babcock & Wilcox Limited. A private family funeral service was conducted today Saturday, September 19th, 1987 at the Barthel Stager Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Road, Cambridge. Cremation.
