  MRS. MARY BETZNER Mrs. Mary Betzner, widow of the late Anthony Betzner, Concesssion road passed away at her home about 2.15 o'clock this morning. She was in her 75th year and had been a resident of Preston for 45 years. Born in Hamilton on June 2, 1858, the late Mrs. Betzner, who before her marriage was Mary Hannah Pelz and was a devout member of the St. Peter's Lutheran church since coming to this community. Her husband preceded her 11 years ago. Surviving are two children, Mrs, Stephen Hornby of Preston and Mrs. Jacob Tirrel; two sisters Mrs. H. Zinn of Galt and Mrs. P. Overlade, Toronto; three brothers, Gustave and Frederick O. of Preston and William of Toronto. The funeral will take place Friday afternoon at 2: 30 o 'clock from her late residence where Rev. W. H. Knauff will officiate. Interment will he made in Preston cemetery, Kitchener Daily Record 31 Aug 1932 pg 3
