  LAPSLEY, Cecil H. Of 130 Hickory St., Cambridge, on Wednesday, March 9, 1988, at Cambridge Memorial Hospital, in his 76th year. Beloved husband of Margaret Cook; dear brother of Wilbur and Jean (Mrs. Ron Smith), both of Cambridge, Kenneth and Annie Lapsley, both of Kitchener. Mr. Lapsley was born in Cambridge (Preston) and was a life long resident of the city; he was a retired custodian with the Waterloo County Board of Education; a member of King Street Baptist Church and the True Blue Lodge. The family will receive friends at the Barthel-Stager Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Rd., Cambridge, today (Thursday), 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral will be conducted at the funeral home, Friday, March 11, 1988, at 2 p.m. Interment Parklawn cemetery.
