- FORMER PRESTON CITIZEN PASSES IN STRATFORD
Another former resident of Preston. Richard Plugradt, passed away in Stratford on Friday, The late Mr. Plugradt was born in Preston and, lived for a number of years here, on leaving Preston he settled in Tavistock where he lived up to a short time before going to Stratford. He was in his 75th year. He is survived by his wife, one daughter, Mrs. A. Smith, Toronto, two sons, Louis Plugradt, of Seattle, Wash., Fred Plugradt, of Oakland, Cal. and four sisters. Mrs. Chas, Schneider, Hamilton street, Preston, Mrs James Doughty, William street, Preston, Mrs. John Rife, Hespeler and Mrs. Jack Meyers, Winnipeg. Man. The funeral was held today in Stratford, and interment took place in the Preston.
