- JOSEPH PARKINSON
PRESTON, March 12, The death of Joseph Parkinson of Preston, occurred at an early hour this morning in Westminster Hospital, London, whcre he has been ill since November. At that time Mr. Parkinson was forced to relinquish his duties as relief inspector in Preston. The late Mr. Parkinson had lived in Preston for over 20 years. He was a former employee of the Cleveland Fare Box Company, of this place. The deceased was prominent in Masonic circles being a member of the Scottishrite branch of Masonry. He was a past president of the Great War Veterans Association and was a prominent Odd Fellow. The funeral arrangements will be announced tomorrow.
