  MRS. ALICE GRUMBLE The death occurred yesterday at St. Mary's hospital in Kitchener, yesterday of Mrs. Alice Grumble of Preston. The late Mrs. Grumble was born in Toronto 43 years ago but had been a resident of this community for the past 13 years and was a member of the Salvation army. Her passing came rather unexpectedly. Mrs. Grumble's husband predeceased her some years ago having been killed in the Great War. There survive two daughters, Mrs. F. Schmittendorf and Mrs. A. Darnley, both of Preston. The funeral will be held Tuesday afternoon at 2.30 o'clock from the residence of William Marsten, 633 North street. Interment will be made in Preston Cemetery.
