  Death of Well-Known Athlete Irwin Bernhardt, Business Man of Preston, Passes Away at Buffalo Preston, Nov. 8. - Mr. Irwin Bernhardt, one of Preston's most popular young business men, died at a hospital in Buffalo this afternoon. Word was received by Mrs. Bernhardt early Saturday morning from the hospital doctor that Mr. Bernhardt had taken a turn for the worse and to come at once. But the deceased had passed away before Mrs. Bernhardt arrived. He was only 30 years of age and was one of the town's foremost business men and always took a great interest in sports, being a good athlete himself. He was Club manager the of the Preston Hockey past three seasons. He leaves to mourn his loss a wife and one son, his father and mother and three brothers and one sister.
