      PRESTON, The death of Mrs. Frank E. Erb occurred at 11 o'clock this morning at the home of her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Hepburn at King and Argyle streets, in her 87th year. She had been ill for some time. She was born in Preston a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Michael Roos and lived virtually all her life in this community. She was a member of Knox Presbyterian church and was active in the work of the various women's organisation for many years. Her husband died about 50 years ago while her only son died about a year age in Vancouver. In addition to Mrs. Hepburn there survive two granddaughters, Marian and Margaret Erb of Vancouver. The funeral will be held on Wedsnesday afternoon at 2.30 o'clock from the Hepburn residence with burial in the Preston cemetery. The remains will rest at the H. K. Stager Funeral Home until Wedneday morning.
