Of 355 Argyle St., Preston, at the Freeport Hospital, Kitchener, Friday, Jan. 5, 1973, Adam M. Triller, beloved husband of Anna Eby; dear father of Robert of Preston. Isabel (Mrs. Robert Macerow) of Preston. Dorothy (Mrs. Jack McCarthy) of Orange, Calif., Margerite (Mrs. Kenneth Ludwig) of Kitchener; also survived by one brother, Jake of Stratford: two sisters, Mary (Mrs. Oliver Lambert) and Mrs. Emma Potter of Preston; also 11 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren. Mr. Triller was born in Waterloo Township and lived in Preston all his life, retired from Clare brothers, in 1960, member of St. Peter's Lutheran church, Cambridge, Odd-fellows Lodge, Preston and former member of the Preston town council. Predeceased by one son, Eby, also one daughter, Gladys (Mrs. Raymond Toman). Mr. Triller is resting at the Barthel-Stager Funeral Home, Preston Cambridge, where funeral and committal service will be conducted Monday, at 2 p.m. Interment in Preston cemetery.

Former Councillor Died in 83rd Year
The new city of Cambridge has lost a well-known and community minded citizen in Adam M. Trifler, a Prestonian who had contributed much to his town, who died on Friday at the Freeport Hospital in his 83rd year.
Mr. Trifler, who lived at 355 Argyle St., Cambridge (Preston) was born in Waterloo Township. but had lived all his life in this area of South Waterloo. Apart from a variety of tasks and civic duties with various bodies. he had also served for a number of years, including the 1945-47 period, on Preston council.
Back in 1960, Mr. Trifler had retired from the Clare Brothers plant, where he had been on staff for some years. He was a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church and also the Preston Cambridge Odd Fellows Lodge.
He is survived by his wife, the former Anna Eby a son, Robert of Preston Cambridge: three daughters, Mrs. Robert (Isabel) Mackrow of Preston Cambridge. Mrs. Jack (Dorothy) McCarthy, of Orange. Calif. and Mrs. Kenneth (Marguerite) Ludwig. of Kitchener; a brother Jake, of Stratford: two sisters. Mrs. Oliver (Mary) Lambert and Mrs. Emma Potter. both of Preston Cambridge. There are 11 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren also surviving. Mr. Inner was predeceased by one son Eby and one daughter Mrs. Raymond (Gladys) Toman.
Mr. Triller is resting at the Barthel-Stager Funeral Home, Queen and Argyle streets, Preston Cambridge. where funeral and committal services will be conducted Monday at 2 p.m. with interment in Preston cemetery.
Memorial services under the auspices of the Preston Cambridge Odd Fellows Lodge will be held this evening at 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
