- Mary Weiberg
PRESTON - Mary Weiberg, 96, died Wednesday, her birthday, at Coutts Pavilion, Freeport. She formerly lived at 238 Dover St., Preston. Miss Weiberg was born at Blair and had lived all her life in Preston and district. She was active in lodge work and was past noble grand and past district deputy of Queen Rebecca Lodge, Preston. She was also a charter member of the Preston Springs chapter of the Eastern Star. She was a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church and had been active in many of its organizations. She was a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Fred Weiberg and was predeceased by two brothers and two sisters. The body will be at Stager-Barthel Funeral Home where the funeral will be conducted Saturday at 2 p.m. Interment will be in Preston Cemetery. Rev. J. S. Dauphinee of St. Peter's Church will officiate.
