    • Miss Carolyne Schlarbaum, an aged and highly respected lifelong resident of Preston, died yesterday ather home, 430 Duke street, after a brief illness. She was a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Justus Schlarbaum. A devout member of St. Peter's Lutheran church, the deceased took a keen interest in the affairs of the Ladies Aid Society of that church. Surviving are two sisters, Minnie at home and Mrs. Jacob Mickler of Preston. The funeral will take place tomorrow afternoon at 2.30 o'clock from the late residence. Rev. W. H. Knauff will officiate. Interment will follow the service, in Preston Cemetery.
