    • Miss Rosina Deis

      PRESTON, Aug. 15 - Miss Rosina Deis, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Deis, died early today at the Spruce Hill Nursing Home, Hespeler. She had been confined to the nursing home for three months, due to illness. Born in Preston, Miss Deis resided here all her life and was well known in the community. She was a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church and of the Ladies Aid Society and Women's Missionary Society of the church. Three sisters predeceased her, Alma in infancy, Miss Mary Deis and Mrs. W. J. Schleuter. The body is resting at the Stager-Pass Funeral Home. Preston, where the funeral will be held, Friday afternoon at 2 o'olock. Interment will be in the Preston Cemetery.
