  Mrs. Cecil (Effie) Heipel (Kissner) HEIPEL, Mrs. Cecil (Effie) Heipel (Kissner) - At K-W Hospital, on Monday, March 1, 1976, following a lengthy illness, Effie Nevetral, aged 81, of 198 Bruce St., Kitchener.A member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Kitchener; a member of the Ladies Aid and the Golden Cross. Dear mother of Herbert of Waterloo; Robert of Kitchener, and Mrs. Harry (Frieda) Preston of Kitchener; sister of Mrs. Ina Schmitt of Cleveland, Ohio; five grandchildren; predeceased by her first husband Charles J. Kissner and her second husband Cecil Heipel. Friends may call at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home, 621 King St., W., Kitchener, after 7 p.m. today. Funeral and committal service in the chapel Thursday, 2 p.m. Rev. John Korcok officiating. Interment St. Peter's Lutheran Cemetery.
