  WILFRID RATCLIFFE PRESTON, Nov. 16— Wilfrid Ratcliffe, 1141 Hamilton street, died this morning at Galt General Hospital. He had been ill a week undergoing an operation last Monday. The deceased was in his 57th year and was employed by the Canada Last Company, Limited. He was born in Stanbury, England and came to Preston nine years ago. He attended the Anglican church. Besides his widow, who was Levina Hillyer Whitmee, there survive two stepdaughters, the Misses Doris and Margaret Whitmee, both at home. The funeral will be held on Wednesday, afternoon at 3.30 o'clock from his late residence. Following services which will be in charge of Rev. S. H.
