  DOERING, Marlene Anetta On Thursday, March 12, 1992, after a courageous battle with cancer, at K-W Hospital, Kitchener. She was born in Wellesley 55 years ago, a daughter of the late Walter Ottman and the former Hilda Brodrecht. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, New Hamburg and resided in New Hamburg. Marlene had worked at Nithview Home, New Hamburg since its inception 20 years ago. Beloved wife of Clare W. Doering, whom she married March 4, 1961; dear mother of Bruce. Bradley and Sheila, all of New Hamburg. Sadly missed by one grandson, Justin Doering and her special friends, Kim and Felicia Gravellus of New Hamburg. Lovingly remembered by four brothers, Harold Ottman and his wife Jean of Belleville, Doug Ottman and his wife Lorraine of Cambridge, Royal Ottman and his wife Janet, Ralph Ottman and his wife Mabel, all of Kitchener; one sister, Elaine Ottman of Edmonton, Alta. Also remembered by her mother-in-law, Ida (Mrs. Austin Doering) of Baden; one brother-in-law, Wayne Doering and his wife Donna of RR 2, Baden and a number of nieces and nephews. Friends and relatives may call at the Mark Jutzi Funeral Home, 291 Huron St., New Hamburg, on Friday, March 13, 1992 (this evening), from 7-9 p.m. and Saturday from 2-4 and 7.9 p.m. Sunday, March 15. 1992. transfer will be made to Trinity Lutheran Church for the service at 2 p m with Pastor Andre Lavernge and Pastor Christine Selbstaedt officiating.
