  CRAWFORD, James Of 950 Duke St., Cambridge (P), at South Waterloo Memorial Hospital, on Monday, October 9, 1978, in his 81st year, James Crawford, beloved husband of Roberta Schultz. Dear father of Rev. Dr. David Crawford, of Calgary, John of Route 1, Ayr, Jean (Mrs.John Oliver) and Roberta (Mrs. Dennis Anderson) of Cambridge. Also survived by 10 grandchildren. Mr. Crawford was born in Scotland and had been a residentof Preston for 65 years. Retired from Savage Shoe Company; member of Knox Presbyterian Church and the Preston Masonic Lodge and Preston Springs Chapter of the Eastern Star. For a number of years he was choir leader of Knox Presbyterian Church, Prestonand St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, Galt. He organized the Preston Masonic Choir. Resting at the Barthel-Stager Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Road, Cambridge (P), for funeral service, Wednesday, at 4 p.m. Interment in Preston cemetery. A memorial service under the auspices of the Preston Masonic Lodge 297, at the funeral home, tonight (Tuesday), at 7p.m. Kitchener-Waterloo Record 11 Oct 1978 pg 37
