    • MRS. OLIVER HALLMAN

      Mrs. Oliver Hallman, 74, nee Zelinda Betzner, of 130 Lancaster Street East, died today at St. Mary's Hospital, following a brief illness. A native of Waterloo Township, she was daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Noah Betzner. Her marriage took place in Waterloo Townahip 53 years ago. Mrs. Hallman was a member of Bethany Mennonite Church. Surviving are three sons, Rev. Clifford Hallman, Didsbury, Alta, Willard of Portland, Ore. and Capt. Garland Hallman of Vancouver; one daughter, Mrs. Henry Bowman of Kitchener; one brother, Ephraim Betzner, Conestogo and four grandchildren. Funeral service will be held Monday at 2 at Bethany Mennonite Church with Rev. P. G. Lehman pastor of the church, officiating. Interment will be to First Mennonite Cemetery. The remains are resting at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home until one o'clock Monday, when removal will be made to the church.

      Zelinda Betzner "was born July 8th, 1869. She is married to Oliver Hallman. They reside a little south-west of Berlin where he is engaged in farming. Their family consists of two children".
