  BASSIL, Elaine Eleanor Suddenly, at her residence, on Thursday, Dec. 16, 1999, Elaine Bassil, of Kitchener, age 79 years. Elaine was a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church in Kitchener. Beloved wife of Fred and loving mother of David. Dear sister of Bernice Dahmer and sister-in-law of Elaine Frederick and Harry Bassil and his wife Jean. Elaine is also survived by her nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents and her brothers, Allan and Lloyd Frederick. Relatives and friends may call at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home, 621 King St. W., Kitchener, this: evening (Friday) 7-9 p.m. Complete funeral and committal service from the funeral home chapel Saturday 2 p.m., with Rev.
