  Violet HodginsPRESTON, Violet Mildred Hodgins, 570 Concession Road, Preston, died Tuesday, at South Waterloo Hospital, Galt. Born in Ottawa, she was a daughter of Mrs. Ada Hodgins and the late William Hodgins. She had resided in Preston, for more than 50 years and was employed for 38 years, on the office staff of Savage Shoe, Ltd. She was a member of St. Paul's United Church. Surviving are her mother: five brothers, Glenholme of Preston, Claude of Oakville, Ray of Toronto, Donald of Hamilton and Jack of Kitchener and one sister, Muriel of Preston. Her father and three brothers, Oswald, George and Vibert, predeceased her. The body is at the Stager-Barthel Funeral Home, Preston, where the funeral will be conducted, Friday, at2 p.m. Interment will be in Preston Cemetery.
