  HOOD, Ralph J. Monday. July 12. 1952, at Kitchener, Ralph Joseph Hodd, age 72 years, of 76 Earl St., Kitchener. Beloved husband of the former Frances Evelyn Dawson; dear father of Marilyn and her husband John Gilbert of Elora and Christopher Hodd of Toronto; grandfather of Dana and Lori Gilbert; brother of Jack Hodd of Hamilton. He was a graduate of McMaster University and taught at K-W Collegiate, where he was principal from 1959 to 1966. At the time of his retirement, he was a superintendent with the Waterloo County Board of Education; a member and past president of the Rotary Club of Kitchener, the Westmount Golf and Country Club and Highland Baptist Church. Friends may call at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home, 621 King St. W., Kitchener, after 7 p.m. this evening until noon Wednesday, then at Highland Baptist Church, 135 Highland Rd.
