  PLEASANCE, Janet Hepburn (nee Wood) - Passed away on Saturday November 13, 2010 at the Wintson Park Retirement Home, Kitchener. Born on the 11th of February 1912, Mrs. Janet Pleasance in her 99th year was the beloved wife of the late George H. Pleasance. She leaves her family of Joan (Peter) Roberts and their children Alison (Jeremy) Gardner, and Kathleen Roberts all of Colorado, USA. She is survived by her sister in law Marion Wood and numerous nieces and nephews. She was the last of her family having been predeceased by three sisters and one brother. During her lifetime she was involved with the Norfolk General Hospital Auxiliary Gift Shop, Simcoe Seniors Club, Eva Brook Donly Museum and the Simcoe Curling Club. She was also a member of St. Pauls Presbyterian Church, Simcoe. Friends are invited to visit from 1:00 to 2:00 PM on Friday November 19, 2010 at ST. PAULS PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH, 85 Lot St., Simcoe. Where Janet's service will be held at 2:00 PM. Reverend Ian Shaw officiating. Cremation to follow with interment at Collingwood Presbyterian Cemetery.
