  John Hemmerich John Hemmerich, Kress Hill, was found dead at his home this morning. Death was due to natural causes. The deceased was in his 68th year. The late Mr. Hemmerich was born near Conestogo and for many years lived on a farm near Guclph. He came to Preston, 20 years ago. The deceased was living retired. He is survived by his wife, two daughters, Laura at home and Mrs. Wismer, of Preston and one son, Roy Hemmerich of Kitchrner. The funeral will be held from his late residence on Friday afternoon at 2.30. Rev. W. Patterson, Pastor of the Presbyterian church, of which the deceased was a member, will officiate Kitchener Daily Record 9 Oct 1928 pg 3
