  Mrs. Joseph Weigand PRESTON, Aug. 16 - A private funeral for Mrs. Joseph Weigand was held at the Stager-Pass Funeral Home yesterday, with Rev. H. G. Cleghorn officiating. The former Caroline P. Ruthig, Mrs. Weigand died Sunday in Utica, N.Y., at the age of 68. She was the sister of Mrs. William (Lucy) Tilt of Preston. Her husband and three brothers also survive.
