  Ralph C. Armstrong HESPELER, Ralph C. Armstrong, 59 Shaw St., Hespeler, died today, at South Waterloo Hospital, Galt. He was 63. Mr. Armstrong was born in Dover, N. J. He lived most of his life in Hespeler. He was employed with the Harding Carpet Ltd., in Guelph. He was a member of St Andrew's Presbyterian Church. He was predeceased by one brother, Robert D. Armstrong, in 1968. Surviving are his wife, the former Elsie Rooke: two brothers, Wilbur J. and Howard L. both of Hespeler, two sisters, Mrs. J. R. (Ruth) Morris of Peterborough and Mrs. Dorothy Marshall of London, Ont. The body is at the Barthel-Stager Funeral Home, where funeral and committal service will be conducted Saturday, at 2 p.m. Interment will be in Preston cemetery.
