  JACKSON - Laura Of the Fairview Mennonite Home, on Monday, March 13, 1989, at her residence. Laura Pickles in her 96th year. Beloved wife of the late Leslie Jackson. Dear mother of Frank of Cambridge, Ron of Brampton and Nora Freeman of Waterloo. Lovingly remembered by 7 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Mrs. Jackson was born in England and came to Cambridge, in 1913. She was a member of St. Luke's Anglican Church, Cambridge. The family will receive friends at the Barthel Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Road, Cambridge, Wednesday, 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be conducted at the funeral home, Thursday, March 16, at 1: 30 p.m. Interment Preston Cemetery.
