  Mrs. Julia Bulgin The death occurred at the home of her son Mr. George Bulgin, last Thursday evening of Mrs. Julia Bulgin in her 90th year. She was ill for only a short time. The deceased lady came to Elmira in her youth and later removed to Guelph where she lived with her daughter for more than 20 years. A year ago she came back to Elmira where she resided with her son, George, 10 King street. She is survived by three sons, Richard, Indianapolis, Ind., James, Montreal, Que. and George, Elmira, and one daughter, Julia, also of Elmira. Her husband, Edward Bulgin, predeceased her many years ago. The funeral was held on Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock from her son's residence. Interment was made in the Elmira cemetery. Rev. J.
