  Sylvester Baumgartner PRESTON, Aug. 26. Former resident of Preston for 19 years, until he moved to Kossuth, two years ago, Sylvester Charles Baumgartner died of a heart attack in his sleep, at his residence in Kossuth, Wednesday night, at the age of 49 years. Mr. Baumgartner, son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Charles Baumgartner of Hespeler, had been ill for a month. Born in Hespeler he resided there until 21 years ago, when he moved to Preston. He was employed as a night watchman at the Dominion Woollens and Worsted, Hespeler, until five weeks ago when he became ill. He was a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Preston. Surviving are his wife, the former Irene Jones; a daughter, Mrs. Lloyd (Mildred) Hamilton, of Kossuth and a sister, Mrs. Ernest Huemiller of Hespeler. A sister, Miss Katherine Baumgartner, predeceased him in 1922. The body is resting at the Stager-Pass Funeral Home, where the funeral will be held tomorrow, at 2 o'clock.
