Beloved wife of the late William Heipel; dear mother of Gordon and his wife Marie. Also survived by five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Predeceased by one daughter, Anne Wheeler. Mrs Heipel was born in Germany; a resident of Cambridge for 80 years; member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Cambridge. Friends will be received at the Barthel-Stager Funeral Home, 588 Queenston Rd., Cambridge, Tuesday (today), 7-9 p.m., Wednesday, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home, Thursday at 1: 30 p.m. Interment in Preston cemetery.
