  JOHN MILLAR PRESTON, Jan. 22— The death occurred at St. Mary's Hospital, yesterday, of John Millar of Doon, well known district farmer, in his 71st year. The dcceased was born in Guelph where he lived for 16 years, then coming to the Preston district and following the occupation of a farmer. For the past year prior to his death he lived at Doon. Surviving is his widow, Mary A. Williams, a daughter, Mrs. Harry Martin, of Galt and five grandchildren. The late Mr. Millar, is resting at the Gordon Pass Funeral Home, 536 King Street, Preston, where service will take place on Saturday, at 2 o'clock. Interment will be in Hagey's Cemetery, Preston.
