  Susannah B. Brubacher, "the third daughter of John S. Brubacher, was born May 4th, 1837. She is married to Moses Gingerich and resides about two miles south of Elmira. Their family consists of four children" Eby, Ezra E. (1895). A biographical history of Waterloo township and other townships of the county: being a history of the early settlers and their descendants, mostly all of Pennsylvania Dutch origin: as also much other unpublished historical information chiefly of a local character. Berlin [Kitchener, Ont.]: [s.n.]. _____________________ Gingrich - the 22d of November in Woolwich Twp., Waterloo Co., Ontario, after a long illness of cancer, Sister Susanna Brubacher, wife of Moses Gingrich, entered peacefully into rest. She was buried at North Woolwich meeting house, near Elmira. Services by Paul Martin and Joseph Gingrich. Text, John 5: 29 and Psalm 39: 4-11. A very large number of friends and relatives assembled to show their respects for the departed sister and to sympathize with the bereft husband and family. She leaves a husband and four children, two sons and two daughters to mourn the loss of a dear one, but not without hope. She was a devoted wife and mother, a shining light in the Church. She bore her suffering with Christian patience and was fully resigned to the will of God and desired to go home and be at rest.
