- ANTHONY HOPF
Ill for some time, Anthony Hopf, 20 Linden street, died yesterday at St. Mary's Hospital. He was 66 years old. Mr. was employed for 20 years at the Lang Tanning Company. He was born in Austria, coming to Canada. at the age of 11 years. Mr. Hopf was a member of the Canadian Order of Foresters.
Surviving his wife, two sons, Harford and Gerald, both at home, six daughters, Mrs. Leo Steinke and Mrs. Harry Green of Kitchener, Mrs. Norman Forbes of Baden, Miss Marie, Ruth and Emily, all at home, three brothers, Louis, John and Max, all of Vancouver, one sister, Mrs. Joseph Harvey of Westminster, B.C., four grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home Saturday afternoon at 3.30 to Mount Hope cemetery for interment. Rev. Finlay G. Stewart, pastor of St. Andrew's Presbyterian church, will officiate. Remains will rest at the funeral home.
