  GEIER, Father Edgar H. S.F.M. On Saturday, Aug. 24. 1996, at Inazawa, Japan, in his 72nd year. Father Geier was ordained at St. Michael's Cathedral, Toronto and left for Japan, where he served in various parishes for 46 years. He is survived by two sisters, Marie Schmidt and Eileen Hnatejko and her husband Joe and one brother, Bill Geier and his wife Irene, all of Cambridge. Lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his father and mother, George and Emma Geier and two brothers. Victor and Clayton. A memorial mass will be celebrated Saturday, Aug. 31, 1996 at St. Clement's RC Church, Cambridge at 10 a.m. Cremation has taken place in Japan.
