  Mrs. Frances Steel PRESTON, Mrs. Frances Steel, 431 Moore St., Preston, widow of John Steel, died Monday at South Waterloo Memorial Hospital, Galt, after an illness of several years. She was 66. Mrs. Steel was the former Frances Flynn, a native of Liverpool, England and had lived in Preston, for 44 years. She was A member of St Clement's Roman Catholic Church, the Altar Society and the Ladies Auxiliary of the Canadian Legion, Branch 126. Surviving are three sons, Frederick of Sudbury, Gilbert and Laverne of Preston and six grandchildren. A daughter, Kathleen, died in 1933 and a sister, Mrs. Margaret Styles, died in 1959. The body will be at the O'Brien Funeral Home, Preston, where the rosary will be recited at 3 p.m., Wednesday, by the Catholic Women League and the Altar Society. Rev. F. J. Morgan will officiate for requiem mass at St. Clement's RC Church at 10 a.m., Thursday and burial will be at St. Clement's Cemetery. Kitchener-Waterloo Record 2 Aug 1960 pg 7
