- PRESTON - Well known resident of Preston for 16 years, Leonard Joseph Navin, son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Navin, died suddenly at the Kitchener-Waterloo Hospital at the age of 36. He was taken ill suddenly in Kitchener and died a short time later. Born in London, Mr. Navin operated a merchants delivery in Preston. He was previously employed at Butler Metal Products in Preston and the Galt Art Metal. He was a member of st. Clement's RC Church. Surviving are his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Navin, a brother Ralph of Midland, and a sister, Mrs. Stewart (Lenore) Eby of Preston. The libra was said at St. Clement's RC Church, Preston at 2: 30 this afternoon, interment in St. Clement's cemetery, Preston
