  BECHTEL, Eleanor Of Riverbend Place, Cambridge, on Monday, November 15, 1999, in her 76th year. Loving daughter of the late William and Theresa Bechtel. Survived by one nephew Charles and his wife Betty and one grand-niece Tina Farrell. Predeceased by two brothers Franklin and Wilfred and two sisters Margaret Bechtel and Anne Farrell. Miss Bechtel was born in Preston and was a lifelong resident of the area. She was retired from Genesco Shoes of Cambridge after 38 years of service. She was a member of St. Clement's RC Church. Friends were received at the Barthel Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Road, Cambridge n Tuesday from 7-9 pm. The Funeral Prayers were recited at the Funeral Home on Wednesday, November 17, 1999 at 10: 00 am. Interment followed in St. Clement's Cemetery, Cambridge. The Parish Rosary was recited at the Funeral Home on Tuesday at 8: 30 pm. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Canadian Cancer Society wold be gratefully appreciated. Cambridge Reporter Nov 1999
