  CARNEY, Mrs. Frank (Helen) At the Toronto General Hospital, on Friday, Aug. 31, 1979, following a brief illness, in her 53rd year, Helen Yates, of 215 Chapel St., Kitchener. A member of St. Anne's RC Church, the Catholic Womens League and an assistant secretary of the Guidance Department of St. Mary's High School. Daughter of the late Elzear Yates and Edith MacGreggor. Surviving is her husband Frank; two sons, David of Longview, Alta. and Thomas of Kitchener; two daughters, Patricia (Mrs. Greg Paleczny) and Janis, both at Kitchener. Two sisters, Jean (Mrs. Brian O'Neill) of Montreal and Rita (Mrs. John Vasko) of Dundas and one grandchild, Drew Paleczny. There will be no visitation at the funeral home. Friends are invited to join the family for a memorial mass at St. Anne's Roman Catholic Church on Monday, September 3 at 2 p.m. The family will receive friends at St. Anne's Parish Hall following the mass.
