  GEORGE TUROW PRESTON. June 25 - After a brief illness, George Turow, 247 King street, Preston, passed away at St. Mary's Hospital, Kitchener, early this morning, in his 65th year. The deceased was a foundry worker, being employed by Clare Bros., Preston, for the past 18 years. Prior to coming to Canada in 1911 from Austria, he served with the Austrian Army. Surviving are his widow, four sons, Peter, Steven and Thomas of Guelph, Michael of Preston, three daughters, Mrs Anna Boradalko, Preston, Olga and Sophie at home. Funeral services will be held Sunday afternoon from his late residence, to St. Clement's R.C. church at 3 o'clock, with interment in Preston Cemetery. Kitchener Daily Record 25 Jun 1937 pg 21
