  Valerie Phelan PRESTON, Feb. 23 —Following an illness of only two days duration, Valerie Frances Phelan, two-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Phelan, King St., Preston, died at St. Mary's Hospital, Kitchener, Tuesday. The child is survived by her parents, five-year-old brother, James, and her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Herman, of Drayton and Mrs. Frank Phelan of Tecumseh, Ont. The body is resting at the Stager-Pass Funeral Home where the funeral will be held tomorrow at 10: 30 a.m. interment will be in the R.C. Cemetery, Preston.
