- Clarence W. Roth
PRESTON Clarence W. Roth, 58, of 433 Duke St., Preston, died at his home today. He was manager of Preston Sand and Gravel Company, Ltd. A lifelong resident of the town. Mr. Roth was a member of St. Clement's RC Church, Knights of Columbus and Holy Name Society. He was also secretary-treasurer of the Northwest Lumber Dealers Association. He had been in the lumber industry for 37 years. Surviving are his wife, the former Mary Keller; one son, George; two daughters, Mary Elizabeth and Janet, all at home; one sister, Elizabeth Roth of Preston. The body will be at Stager-Barthel Funeral Home until 10 a.m. Monday. Requiem high mass will be celebrated in St. Clement's Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
