- Mrs. Lewis Caskenette
PRESTON—Mrs. Lewis Caskenette, 75, of 709 South St., died at her residence yesterday after a lengthy illness. Born near Formosa, she was the former Margaret Mosack. She moved to Preston 42 years ago. She attended St. Clement's RC Church and was a member of the Catholic Women's League and the Altar Society. Surviving are her husband, whom she married in 1917; three sons, Harry, St. Catharines; Walter and Jerome, Preston; two daughters, Mrs. Stanley (Lorraine) Andrews, Niagara-on-the-Lake: Mrs. Peter (Leona) Chomits, Preston; two brothers, John and Ambrose, both of Chicago; a sister, Mrs. Annie Flannigan, London. Twelve grandchildren also survive. The body is at the Maurice J. O'Brien Funeral Home. Requiem mass will be said at St. Clement's RC Church Wednesday at 9: 30 a.m. Burial will be in St. Clement's Church Cemetery. Rev. P. J. Meyer and Rev. F. J. Hawkins will officiate.
