PRESTON—Two months after the death of his wife Dec. 15, Reginald Armond Guttin, well-known local resident for four years, died at his home, 831 Sherring St., early today. Suffering a heart attack two weeks ago, Mr. Guttin had been confined to his home since that time. A native of Owen Sound, Mr. Guttin resided there until he came to Preston. He was employed with Canadian Office and School Furniture. He was a member of St. Clement's RC Church. Surviving are two daughters, Isabel and Rosemary and two sons, Reginald and Peter, all at home; four sisters, Mrs. Austin Lipsett of Wawa, Ont.; Ruth, Isabel and Dorothy Guttin, all of Hespeler and two brothers, Max Guttin of Welland and Adolph Guttin of Owen Sound. The body is resting at the Stager-Pass Funeral Home, where the funeral will be held Friday with requiem high mass at St. Clement's RC Church at 9 a.m. Interment will be in the Preston RC Cemetery.
