Beloved son of Mrs. Mary Goodyear and the late Thomas Leo Goodyear; dear brother of Wilfred and Larry of Cambridge, James of Kitchener, Austin of Ayton, Marjory (Mrs. George Bryant) of Kitchener, Theresa (Mrs. Jerome Kieswetter), Beatrice (Mrs. William Frost), both of Waterloo, Joan of Chilliwack, B.C. Predeceased by one sister, Irene. Also survived by a number of nieces and nephews. Mr. Goodyear was born in Mount Forest and came to Preston, Cambridge in 1941. Retired from Savage Shoes Limited of Cambridge. Friends will be received at the Barthel Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Rd., Cambridge, Saturday (to-day) from 7-9 p.m. and Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Clement's Church, Cambridge, Monday, at 10 a.m. Interment in St. Clement's cemetery.
