      PRESTON, April 14. Illness of six months duration culminated in the death at Freeport Sanatorium last night of Karol Wojcik, well-known Preston resident, for 39 years, at the age of 75 years. Mr. Wojcik was employed as a moulder at Clare Bros, until the time of his illness. Born in Poland, he came to America in 1906, residing for six years in Depew, NY., coming to Canada and Preston in 1911. A member of St. Clement's R.C. Church, he was also a member of the Holy Name Society and of the international Moulders Union. Surviving are his wife; four daughters, Mrs. Stephen (Helen) Kwasnieski, Mrs. Martin (Geneviece) Lisiceki and Mrs. John (Louise) Kuktnski of Detroit and Mrs. Peter (Charlotte) Hushley of Preston; two sons, William and Edward Wojcik, at home and one brother in Poland. Four grandchildren also survive. The body is resting at the residence, 216 Hamilton St., where the funeral will be held, Monday, with requiem high Mass, at St. Clement's R.C. Church, at 9 a.m. Interment will be in the R.C. Cemetery.
