  FLORENCE, LEPPARD PRESTON. Nov. 24—Death removed a brilliant young musician and student late Tuesday afternoon, in the person of Miss Florence Leppard, A.T.C.M., daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Garnet H. Leppard of King street, Preston. She was in her 27th year. Her passing, not unexpected, came after a lengthy illness. Born in Preston, deceased secured her education in St. Clement's school, Galt collegiate and Galt Business College and musically at Kitchener. She was employed by N. 0. Hipel, Limited here until she adopted music as a profession. Particularly adept at the piano, organ and trombone, Miss Leppard was a member of the Kitchener Ladies Band. She was pianist for some years for the Preston Rotary club. She was a member of the St. Clement's church. Besides her parents there survives one sister, Dorothy and one brother, William, both at home. Her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Cook, Preston, also survive. The funeral will be held Friday morning from the residence, 451 King street, to St. Clement's church for mass at 9 a.m. Interment will follow in the R.C. cemetery.
