At A.R. Goudie Eventide Home, on Saturday, Jan. 8, 2000, surrounded by her family, in her 81st year. Loving mother to Janet and her husband Grant Ertel, David Picoski; mother-in-law to Mary Picoski. Lovingly missed by eight grandchildren, Angelia Cousins, Mary Lee and her husband Dan Runstedler, Keith Picoski, Tim Ertel and his wife Brenda, Jayne and her husband Bill Grebinski, Adam and Morgan Newington, Samara Balfour and seven great-grandchildren, Nicole and Alexandra Cousins, Cassie MacDonald, Natasha Runstedler, Amelia Ertel, Joel and Jonathan Grebinski; dear sister of Frank Jadeski and his wife Stella of Simcoe. Also remembered by Dana Balfour and Carol Newington. Predeceased by her parents, Stanley and Natalie Jadeski; husband, Edward Picoski (1971); son, Douglas Picoski (1994); second husband, Isadore Beechey (1994); two brothers, Joseph Tache and Joseph Jadeski and three sisters, Mary Johnson, Ann Polyschuck and Kathleen Koebel. Helen, formerly of Reyburn Avenue was a member of St. Aloysius RC Parish and Catholic Women's League. The family will receive friends at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home, 621 King St. W., Kitchener on Tuesday, January 11 (today) from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., where parish prayers will be said at 7 p.m. Prayers will be said at the funeral home on Wednesday, January 12 at 9: 30 a.m., followed by Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 10 a.m. at St Aloysius RC Church, 11 Traynor Ave., Kitchener, with Father Con O'Mahony officiating. Interment will be in Woodland Cemetery.
